Refunds/Exchanges


RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of package.  Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of package.   A Return Authorization number is required for a refund/exchange.  Please email us on our "Contact Us" page so that we can forward you an RA# and the return shipping address.  To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items,monograms and some Freida Rothman pieces cannot be refunded. You will receive a credit within 14 days after receipt of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

SHIPPING:
Please email us on our "Contact Us" page so that we can forward you an RA# and the return shipping address. All items must be properly packaged with padding and in a box to ensure against damage in transit. We are not responsible for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit. Consider using a  shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your return. Receipt of the exchanged item varies depending on your location.

REPAIRS:
We will attempt to repair any worn or used merchandise within 60 days of delivery. If the broken piece is due to the customer's use then shipping charges for the repair is the responsibility of the customer. To ship a repair, please follow the instructions under "Shipping".
